To which I reply "You thing is this big around and the toilet hole you're aiming for is THIS big around. Why cant you grasp this concept?"

LOL!

I have no problem with my hubby on that..his mom made him pee aiming right on the hole..he pee like I (we womens) did. :D ..his mom have 4 boys including his dad and I guess she just don't want to clean up the toilet all the time..which I start my son doing the same thing..he miss it sometimes and I made him clean the toilet, he don't like cleaning so he learned eventually..I hate it when we have a guest and I had to clean their mess ..I cannot tell them clean it up before you go so I have no choice but clean it.

I will never win the battle. My husband gets it all over the hopper and then complains that the toilet is dirty. Somehow he's not making the connection in his brain that HE got it so dirty. *Sigh* Such is married life.

Hi you kind people, I have been around for a long time, watching, and getting some very good advice on how to go on this journey. But need some advice. :innocent: 1st- Sorry I have to go incognito, but, my s/o comes here at times also. Which I am glad, she has learned a lot. There are some very smart individuals on this site. Well, the question I have is, My s/o is bound for the USA in three months on the K-1. Now, do I have a big 'welcome home' party for her? Or just keep friends and family away? What have some of you done when your s/o has finally landed?

She has been here before, and has met my friends and family before, longest time was 30 days. So she knows them all. But should I keep things low-key? Or do I go all out and strike up the band???

Please, please, I need some advice.

I would also say nix on the party for a bit. Give her some time to adjust and then maybe have a bash after a week or so. And to be brutally honest, the only thing my SO and I were interested in (and Im sure its true for many other couples after a long separation) is being alone together to be naughty. Hard to satisfy all that pent up stuff when you're hosting a party.

I would have been too much of a basket case to care about a party anyways when my husband got here. I hadnt heard from in the entire 24 hours he was in transit and I was pulling my hair out. I was running the airline employees ragged trying to squeeze some information out of them. And you know how crazy females come up with all sorts of awful ideas when they dont know whats going on. By the time he arrived (safe and sound of course) I was in such a state I could have hefted him over my shoulder cave-man style and carried him all the way home, party or not.

I do, however, recommend a romantic dinner, if your honey is up to it. I knew my man was going to be starved after having nothing but paltry airline food for over a day. I took him to a nice Tex-mex place on the way home so he could stuff himself silly on local cuisine. Worked well

I'm such an inventive girl. Last night my car windows had lots of frost on them and I don't own a window scraper so I cleaned my windows off with a plastic measuring cup and my friend used a gladware container. It was the only things in my car that I could think of

Ugg, don't they order that stuff? That's just either plain old mean to make an employee do that or it's just plain bad ordering
