I think this will sound insane but it works...take an old sock and fill it with uncooked white rice, tie the end of the sock in a knot and then put it in the microwave for 2-3 mins. it's a homemade heatpack that forms to your body. I always use one on my neck when I'm sick. just beware it gets super hot
