i like mine cooked but not crispy :P

growing up my mom always cooked it crispy because that was how dad liked it... why couldn't she have cooked some crispy for him and left some not crispy?? :unsure:

after having a barium swallow today the dr called my sister to tell her she has Achalasia and that she will have to have surgery on her esophagus. they still think that she may also have lupus. she's taking it quite well and just wants to be able to eat normally without lots of pain and be able gain weight.
