Yep - 2nd week after we got here - its just down the street from us. I do not know how authentic it actually is, but its was bloomin awesome :) I loved it. We did spend $120 for the two of us there though.

thats how much charles and I spent at the other brazilian restaurant. Did they have chicken hearts there? I so wanna try it, maybe on my birthday.

I didnt remember anything like that, but I did a quick check of their menu and it does not appear there.

it also says they have 15 cuts of meat.. but they are only showing ten there... so you never know.. they also have a salad bar type thing that has a bunch of different stuff there....

Hey Nessa, the other day at the grocery store we saw chicken hearts. And at our other grocery store, too. Maybe Puerto Ricans eat them, though? There are a lot of Puerto Ricans and Dominicans in my neighborhood so that could be why. I never thought to look for them before in the midwest so I dunno if they'd have it there.

yeah I just did the same and they don't :9 but maybe it's still worth checking it out. Just one thing I find weird is the wine, a real brazilian churrascaria people have beer and caipirinha, not wine, weird.

I know I should take one day to go to meat markets and look for those meats I can't usually find at the commissary, instead of keep missing them so much. I also miss cupim a lot, and I know they have some chuck cuts but I never know which one would be considered cupim. I LOVE cupim.

:dance::dance:

I havent had coffee for a week since my kidney stone sitch... I drank some today and I am about to vibrate off my couch :o

I am waiting for maintenance to show up to fix our floor (3rd time) bleh - I hate people having to enter our apt, and cant wait to unload the stinkin property in FL so we can move forward here. I was watching CNN last night discussing the Dow yesterday and um of course the housing market was discussed. One panelist singled out Tampa as a city in major trouble (I cant remember what exactly what said) and I just :crying::crying::crying: .

Massive company-wide layoffs. Just went down. Unofficial estimates are about 450 people, just below the 500 state threshold above which advance warning would have been necessary by law. Almost all middle managers and senior staff. Impacted IT, underwriting and claims.

Man is made by his belief. As he believes, so he is.
