I was doing good there for a while. I had gained 2 pounds. Doesn't sound like a lot but it was a start. I'm sure I've lost it now. Even when I do eat I have acid reflux so that keeps me from eating like I should. I'm supposed to take Nexium every day but I ran out and don't have the money to get my script filled. Plus, I think I have a really high metabolism anyway. Bleh!

Do you ever feel dizzy or light headed? You shoud look into taking ensure or something.

Nope, never. Yeah, I need to do something. Just to keep my calorie count up anyway. Another issue I have is I'm a very healthy eater. So when I eat it's not really foods that are high in fat. I should probably alter my diet just a little bit to get some more fat in it. I'm sure it wouldn't hurt at this point.

booty my sis has the same thing bad! she's about your height and 98lbs. she's constantly hungry but it is too painful for her to eat. have you seen a specialist? they think her throat is starting to close up because of scar tissue. she has to go to a specialist on Monday so they can do a scope of her throat. ick

I haven't been to a specialist. I might need to do that. I have problems breathing sometimes because my reflux is so bad. Also, that's another issue. I can't really gain too much weight because the heavier I get the worse my acid reflux gets. I'm usually good at 110 but can't seem to get back up to that. I think that's my perfect weight. Not too skinny but not chubby either. At this point even I think I'm too skinny and that's saying a lot. I have huge body image issues so if I think I'm too skinny I must be.

running to eat so if I don't answer that's why.

Nessa: I haven't always been skinny. I mean, I was never fat but I've been overweight. When Javi went to Mexico and stayed for his waiver to be processed I was physically sick I was so worried and stressed. I lost a lot of weight and just never have gained it back.

My Aunt has really bad acid reflux and she is really skinny too. I see how she struggles with eating every day. It breaks my heart to see her like that. But she's got loads of other issues as well.
