I really do need to eat more. It can't be good to only eat one meal a day. Especially when that meal consists of a couple chicken tenders and a few fries. I bet I didn't eat 1500 calories yesterday. I bet I didn't eat 1000 calories yesterday. That can't be good.

well, it ain't bad if you're trying to lose weight, but you're not. Were you always like this, or is this ''you can't eat'' a current event?

It's been a thing off and on. Anytime I get stressed out I stop eating. I'm not one of those people that eats with stress. I have a lot of stuff going on right now that keeps me busy and stressed. Between the two it's hard to find time to eat.

My husband (who had never heard of sweet n low before coming here) decided to open a pack while driving and dump it in his mouth. He was gagging and looking for something to spit it out in...oh man it was so funny...

Worst is when I work from home.... the kitchen is right there!

At least at work I can't eat outside of regular cafeteria operating hours. I used to be a vending machine snack person but I've beat that for good. Haven't touched a bag of doritos or a kit kat bar in years.

I was doing good there for a while. I had gained 2 pounds. Doesn't sound like a lot but it was a start. I'm sure I've lost it now. Even when I do eat I have acid reflux so that keeps me from eating like I should. I'm supposed to take Nexium every day but I ran out and don't have the money to get my script filled. Plus, I think I have a really high metabolism anyway. Bleh!
