vsc approved my i-129f (ages ago) in 20 days! or maybe 19.

I filed my petition in July. Still no word, but October filers sure are being approved left and right.

wow.. my i-129f was back in ... geez... 04? feels like centuries ago.

There are still early June filers that haven't been touched. It's seriously disgusting.

This just illustrates the stupidity and cronyism of the creation of the Department of Homeland Security. Isn't Homeland Security pretty similar to Defense? I guess that would work if they just went ahead and did away with Department of Defense and created the Department of Starting Wars.

you're reading way too much into this. i've been hearing immigration tales since the day i was born (my parents immigrated here in the early 70s) and from everything i hear, it was just as bad back then.

government is government. doesn't matter what dept is running things. public sector attracts garbage.

I know that's the case. I also know that we, the people, have no say in our government any more. I can complain all day about this bullshit, but nothing will be done.
