just thought this was cute and wanted to share...

hubby's mom used to always refer to me as "My Marilyn" like she would say to my hubby "make sure you feed, My Marilyn"

well, on Thanksgiving, hubby's aunt was telling me that she and my father-in-law were at the store buying sodas when he said, "hang on a minute I forgot something" he came back with some A&W Root beer and hubby's aunt said , "Who drinks that??" and he said, "It is for, My Marilyn.."

I thought that was soo cute.... :)

I am lucky to have such great in-laws  I really miss my mother-in-law though who passed away just over a month ago...

This is a tough Monday. Had a flat tire caused by a bent rim. I hit a curb but didn't think it was that hard but hard enough to bend it  Now it is at least a hundred bucks to fix

That is very cute and so lovely. But I am sad to learn that your mother in law passed away. I am sure it must be hard, especially during the holidays. A little flower for you, Marilyn. (F)

Damn, that sucks. Main thing is that you are ok though (and I hope you are!). Did it happen on the way to work? Could you at least go to work later than usual, because you had to drop the car off at the mechanics? :P

I'm taking Neil to the workforce development office today to see if they can help him find a permanent job. all this temporary work that doesn't turn into something permanent is getting old. wish us luck

Good luck! Jeffrey had two interviews today and one tomorrow, fingers crossed for him as well! He really needs to find a job.
