I'm not into eating gizzards either or chicken livers but I enjoy foie gras which is liver...I'm racist against chickens. I only like their breasts :)

Dudes, not to be a joykill, but foie gras is torture. That's why it's illegal in Chicago (and Argentina, and Israel, and California in 4 years).

 i wonder how many know the technique used to make it.

i'll tell you how it's made. i don't see the point in torturing the goose to make it.

I know the technique! I've been to a farm. In some places they actually put the ducks in pins that are too short so they're always looking down at the food because they'll just eat constantly. My mom started crying when she saw what they do and asked me to never eat it again. I'm not really phased by it...I sat and ate a masive bloody piece of prime rib while I watched steer being slaughtered. I do agree that it's not humane though

Animals were meant to be eaten. Why else would they taste so good?

Animals in their natural state, maybe. Animals force fed with a tube down their throat until their liver almost explodes is probably not what nature intended.

Nature gave us our minds. Anything we can think of was intended :P
