I made these really yummy chicken dish yesterday.... and I served it with mashed potatoes and some yummy steamed carrots (steaming veggies is the only way to go, boiling them boils the flavour right out of them )

Zesty Slow Cooker Chicken Barbecue

6 boneless chicken breasts

1 (12 ounce) bottle barbecue sauce

1/2 cup Italian salad dressing (I used the zesty Italian)

1/4 cup brown sugar

2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

Place chicken in a slow cooker. In a bowl combine the rest of the ingredients. Pour over chicken. Cover and cook for 3 to 4 hours on High or 6 to 8 hours on Low.

the sauce was very good over the mashed potatoes..

I did use light dressing

lol they have those 1 cal / spray, if you use 10 spray it's only 10 cal

mmmm, pea soup... I love pea soup... it smells a little funky but tastes oh so good...

but I guess that is what people say about menudo but menudo smells like someone has died or something

sushi is ok. not the biggest fan. I love eggrolls yummy and super fattening.

I just make the filling and eat that it helps my eggroll craving

i love pea soup. i used to make pea soup with chicken that was amazingly good. but it's green and charles wont eat green soup cuz it looks nasty and he's such a poosy, he doesn;t eat things that resembles nasty things like vomit
