my job pays decently well, it's close to home, and there's close to none stress. I should think like Pollyana, and see the positive side of things instead of worrying over the negative.

I have no idea what to make for dinner tonight :unsure:

i am thinking of something with ground beef...

all the things I have thought of making I can't make because I don't have all the ingredients I need :P

I make some real good ground beef. I use a spoon of olive oil, when it's very hot I put lots of garlic, let it brown, then I add onions, ground beef, tomatoes and seasoning (salt, pepper, green stuff like chives, etc). My hubby loves it.

It goes with mashed potato or rice or pasta :thumbs:

sounds good... I have everything but the onion.. hubby used the last of it when he made scrambled eggs the other day...

I think I am going to make meatloaf... mmm, it might not be as good without onion though

Onion makes everything better! :yes:

it is hard to find recipe for ground beef that doesn't have onion in it... the 2 seem to go hand in hand....
