Does your SO ever get stupid ideas in their head? My husband just got one last night. He wants to buy this 1990 Volvo 740 wagon for $1200. He keeps trying to convince me to free up the funds to buy it. Yeah, right. Where would we put the thing and why and it is in Chicago?

Eventually, we will probably get rid of our Subaru Legacy wagon for a Volvo wagon, but not today. Times like this make me want to kick the guy who totalled our other Volvo wagon in the nuts.

I think you should let him buy the car if he agrees on sleeping in it for a month.

well hubby claims that anything even a sleeping bag is good enough to sleep, so it wouldn't be a problem for him to sleep in the car, right hubster?

that day i came home during the summer and it was 95+ and the windows were open and the a/c was just running away......

it was before you started working, and i came home from work. it was spring/early summer, the temp outside was at least 15 degrees warmer than what the setting of the thermostat in the house......

You see, the thing is, he would probably seriously consider that. He told me that he was talking to some of his friends in Germany about it and they all agreed with ME that it was a dumb idea. I think he may have given it up for now. Until the next Craigslist Volvo comes. :P

I have the flu and just coughed up a nice hard piece of nasty. I bet I got the strain my daughter was not vaccinated against. Yipee.
