I always have a cup of tea in the mornings (I can be very English at times :lol: ), so for years I have been drinking Twinings' Lady Grey for breakfast.

You can buy the tea bags only at the big department store in town, so I usually go and buy a few packets of tea. But something was wrong with the last two packets I bought. The little paper stapeled to the piece of string was not stapeled on properly and fell of all the time, with the result that the string landed in my tea when I poured the hot water over it. And something was wrong with the bags too and the tea fell out of the bag into the water.

I know this sounds so silly that I am complaining about that, it's only a simple packet of tea. :lol:

Anyway, I sent an e-mail to Twinings to complain (never felt so German before in my life!) and today they send me a big box of tea! Four 200gr bag of lose Lady Grey tea!!

Awesome - complaining about products is going to be my new passion :)
