How is Lira these days?

Lira is good, except that she is sick pretty often. We haven't gotten any baby things yet. Once we know the sex we will have a baby-shower. The sex doesn't matter too much, but if it's a girl I will pinch her nose and blow real hard into her mouth to make something pop out. :) just kidding.
