Anyone moved from one service center to another lately?

Confused, what do you mean exactly?

I mean moving from one state under one service center's jurisdiction to another. Like moving from TX to CO, so TSC to NSC. i751 originally filed at TSC and is still pending. My question is will TSC transfer my case to NSC? any chance it will end up in CSC since all the new i751's are going there?

They may transfer the petitions between service centers for any of many reasons but moving in the interim does not appear to be one

YMMV

I moved from Oregon (NSC) to California after filing I-751. I filed at NSC early January, moved to CA in April. Petition is still at NSC and has been sitting there for over 10 months now and not been tuched at all.

So you requested teh file be transfered to CSC after you moved right? Did NSC just ignore your request for transfer? How did you update your address, did you use the on-line AR-11? What if NSC sends your file for an interview in Oregon?

I want to move but I am concerned about the interview notice or RFE notice sent to teh old address.

We did the same thing... moving does not change where the petition will be processed. Just change your address on the USCIS website including the option to change the address on your petition. Any further notices will be sent to the new address.

That's right. We did the same, changed address online and mailed the sponsors change of address. They sent a confirmation letter to the new address. I didn't ask for a transfer, I have never heard of anyone doing that.

Are you going to file N400 soon with CSC? I wonder if you i751 is still pending at NSC and you file your N400 at CSC, how will the service centers handle the A-file? Assuming the A-file is with the pending i751 application at NSC, now that they see your new N400 application at CSC, will they just move the A-file from the i751 queue at NSC to join with the N400 at CSC. I read that you are supposed to have 1 and only 1 A-file at any given time.

I will apply for citizenship in mid January. I don't know how they handle the applications if they are at different service centers, maybe someone else knows?

Yes, this is exactly how it works...once you file the N-400, your A-file will be forwarded to whatever SC has your N-400. The I-751 will now be processed with your N-400.
