Just say no to preservatives. :yes:

Girl I am totally with you on the preservative thing, however this is my only weakness! :crying:

VJ Hours - I am available M-F from 10am - 5pm PST. I will occasionaly put in some OT for a fairly good poo slinging thread or a donut.

On the Christmas menu here at the hotel one of the veggie options is:

Cornish Brie, Spinach and Cranberry Wellington accompanied by a Red Pepper Sauce

It's all wrapped in pastry and it is TO DIE for :wub:

I am going to have to get the recipe before I leave...

This is something I'm not all that fussed about one way or another...

My stepfather makes a big production out of them every year and makes a big old batch of the jelly kind in little individual molds, and I guess I'd prefer the chunks of cranberries sometimes, but it doesn't really matter. If they came out of a can with the funny ridges, I'd be fine with it. THAT would remind me of my childhood and that's probably why I'd like them. Otherwise it makes no difference.

I used to make cranberry ice from fresh cranberries. It is kind of like sherbet and it was wonderful. I still have the receipt somewhere around here.
