My wife (US Citizen) can change her mind!!!

We have been married over 6 years and have 2 great children (6years and 6 weeks) and last xmas we decieded to settle fully in the UK and as i had never used my green card and no intent to use it my wife and i agreed to give it up as we never used it at all. I flew into the US on a visa waiver from london to vist wifes family. A month afer i gave the card in my wife become pregnant in london and because she had been away from her family for over 6 years NOW wanted to bring our new born up in the US for the first part of his life which is ok with me

They say woman can change their mind but.....anyway!!!

I suppose there is is no chance of some how getting back my green card????

I will probaley have to start to file K3 and the CR1

I would just file the I-130 directly with the Consulate and get the IR1 visa. CR1 is for marriages under two years in duration. You had probably failed to maintain your permanent resident status anyway unless it was a ten year card.

Forget about K-3, file for IR-1 visa directly to the USCIS field office at the US Embassy in London.

Since you both have been living overseas, you can apply for IR-1 visa directly to the US Embassy in London (DCF) it is much faster than K-3 or IR-1 filing through USCIS in the states.

Note: If the U.S. citizen and immigrant visa applicant reside in the United Kingdom and the U.S. citizen is filing the I-130 with the Department of Homeland Security (Immigration) in London, it will be possible to begin the administrative processing of the immigrant visa application before the petition is approved and received by the Immigrant Visa Unit.
