After 155 days of waiting...CARD PRODUCTION ORDERED

This morning I checked my EAD status and finally!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :dance: :dance: :dance:

Application Type: I765, APPLICATION FOR EMPLOYMENT AUTHORIZATION

Current Status: Card production ordered.

On November 19, 2007, we ordered production of your new card. Please allow 30 days for your card to be mailed to you. If we need something from you we will contact you. If you move before you receive the card, call customer service. You can also receive automatic e-mail updates as we process your case. Just follow the link below to register.

OMG! I've been waiting for this approval for a total of 155 days from date of filing! I had to turn down a good job offer because I didn't have my EAD.

For those who still haven't received their EAD's yet and are outside processing times, call your congressman! I contacted mine because unfortunately my infopass was not succesful. I was told by my congressman to wait 30-45 days as well, but ever since they made the inquiry on my EAD, my case started getting touched. It still took 20 days from time of inquiry to get my approval, but I am nevertheless extremely HAPPY!!!! (happy, happy, happy)

Finally I can apply for my SSN and driver's license very soon...BEST of all, I can start working and help my husband pay for all the bills! My birthday is coming up and I couldn't ask for a better gift!!!

Sorry for going on and on...I'm just extremely DELIGHTED! :lol::goofy:

Infopass: Oct. 12, 2007 - IO faxed CSC to inform that I am outside processing timeframe; still no word as of 10/17!!!

Oct. 31, 2007 - Received letter from my representative stating my application is still under review and should allow 30-45 more days for adjudication!!!

Touched: Oct. 31, Nov. 1,9 (These touches better be a sign of something good!)

EAD Card Prod. Ordered: Nov. 19, 2007 (Finally! After 155 days)

EAD Card Mailed: Nov. 21, 2007; Touched on Nov. 22, 23

Feb. 1 - RFE (huh?!) Infopass at USCIS say they made a mistake!

Feb. 7 - Approval Notice email (got green card after a day or two; green card has wrong middle name!)

April - Filed I-90 for green card error (never got receipt confirmation from USCIS)

June 13 - Got email saying card production ordered (hope this is it!)
