That's awful for the office to get your hopes like that, only to say they mixed up your info with someone else's :( I was so pleased when I saw the post saying you were approved. You'll have your approval for real soon, My Honey, just keep your spirits up.

Oh Kim... SO sorry to hear about the mix up.. I HOPE ITS NOT ACTUALLY A MIX UP BUT YOUR APPROVAL INDEED.

I 've been watching for yours and gogo's approval for some time now and praying for it to come. After reading your post, I was just about to go happy and then I read the follow up post about the mix-up.. argh...If true then what a let down.. I can imagine... but dont loose hope Kim..All the VJers are praying for you and others...

Try to keep your spirits high up as tough as it may to do so...

Oh no Kim. Who's mistake was it... the Senator's office or the USCIS. If it is there mistake in telling them the approval was done, you definitely have a case for an expedite request.

I JUST RECEIVED THIS FROM THE SENATORS OFFICE AND I'M IN SHOCK. I do not know what even is approved. I have no NOA 2 but, they are telling me its APPROVED!! I really want to believe this but, its been such a mess... What is going on now????

There will not be any new information available until the end of this month. This is because the NVC has not yet confirmed receipt of your husbands approved visa from the California Service Center. They sent the NVC the case on November 2, 2007. It could take up to 30 days for the NVC to confirm receipt of the case. I will check with the NVC next week to see if they have the case and are working on it.
