Long wait for NOA2 - June filer

Hi

I'm very worried about my visa status. There is no update on the touch online, since July 7th. Its been 146 days since we received NOA1. My fiance has hired a lawyer and he says everything will go fine. I'm worried since most of the June filers have got NOA2. Anyone else in the same boat? Does a call to VSC help?

June 21, 2007 : I-129F sent to VSC

June 27, 2007 : NOA1 (from VSC)

July 7 2007 : Touch

Online status - Case received and pending from June 25th

have a little look around, in some other threads, and you will see it is FAR from being the case that 'most of the June filers have got NOA2' ;)

your time frame sounds fine... do some reading and research, and try not to stress about it :)

Day One: Went to Council of Elrond. Was prettiest person there. Agreed to follow some tiny little man to Mordor to throw ring into volcano. Very important mission - gold ring so tacky.

Day Six: Far too dark in Mines of Moria to brush hair properly. Am very afraid I am developing a tangle.

Orcs so silly.

Still the prettiest.

Day 35: Boromir dead. Very messy death, most unnecessary. Did get kissed by Aragorn as he expired. Does a guy have to get shot full of arrows around here to get any action? Boromir definitely not prettier than me. Cannot understand it. Am feeling a pout coming on.

Frodo off to Mordor with Sam. Tiny little men caring about each other, rather cute really.

Am quite sure Gimli fancies me. So unfair. He is waist height, so can see advantages there, but chunky braids and big helmet most off-putting. Foresee dark times ahead, very dark times.

I too am a June filer but I have never been touched. Things are just speeding along at the speed of slow right now. I have called several times and get the same cookie cutter answer that the application is within the processing time so there is nothing they can do. I do not understand why some later filers have been approved but I keep hoping that indicates that approval is eminent. I know this is not very encouraging but hang in there. The mantra is "soon, soon, soon"

Calling an illegal alien an "undocumented immigrant" is like calling a drug dealer an "unlicensedregistered pharmacist". (because somebody gives a damn)

June filers through VSC that report data on this site are not even at a 50% completion rate. The wait time is very ling. However, VSC is processing June and a few July petitions. You should hear something fairly soon.

Mine hasn't been updated since June 14th, the date my NOA1 was issued. Looks like a lot of June filers are getting looked at currently. SOON!!! :clock:

Summer 2005 - Introduced online by a mutual friend

December 2005- Meet face to face. Mark 12/20 official start date.

June 9, 2007 - NOA1 from VSC

February 20, 2008 - APPROVED!!!

February 21, 2008 - paperwork forwarded to NVC.

February 27, 2008 - paperwork sent to Consulate.

March 6, 2008 - Packet 3 recieved.

March 19, 2008 - Packet 3 returned. (minus checklist!)

April 21, 2008 - Returned checklist. All Packet 3 in London.

May 7, 2008 - Medical.

May 30, 2008 - Interview. APPROVED.

July 27, 2008 - Arrives in US.

August 8, 2008 - Legal Wedding
