G325a form

On my G325a form i have put my fathers date of birth wrong by 1 day and also put that my parents live in the UK and didnt put that my father is deceased...what do think will happen? As the time gets closer i am really worrying...we are already expecting a rfe as we left a question blank on 3 of the forms and only answered the question on one of the forms...how could i be so stupid?

If you do receive an RFE, just supply the information they are requesting, and send it back as quickly as possible. Usually, after replying to an RFE, your approval shouldn't be too far behind.

If they don't RFE you for the mistakes in your father's information, you should provide the correct information at your information because I believe that the information is just used to verify authenticity when you fill out future forms (all the information should be the same on all forms used with USCIS).

Do not worry. You can re-submit a correct G-325A with all correct imformation. Also mention that your father is deceased. You should write a cover letter explaining why you are re-submitting the G-325A and also include the photocopy of I-797C (Notice of Action) of I-129F that you received from USCIS.

It is easily correctable if you happen to receive an RFE so I wouldn't worry about it too much. It will probably be on anyway

Both of these things are very minor and not worth worrying about. I would suggest that you just give them a corrected form at the time of the interview if asked (I wouldn't volunteer it.) Good Luck
