Eww. lol

lol

Well, my Mom always made homemade gravy, so it is what we were accustomed to, however it never occurs to me to make gravy now. I would say that homemade gravy gets a 84% on the taste scale while canned gravy probably comes in at around 75%.

That's my scientific analysis of the gravy choices :hehe:

Check the labels on the canned or jarred gravy, they're probably full of sodium, MSG and high fructose corn syrup :P

My hubby doesn't like gravy (I've seen how his mother used to make it, I don't blame him! ;) ) so I don't bother with it most of the time. But Watkins has a nice soup & gravy mix that I use if I feel like chips n gravy or something for me.

divorced - April 2010 moved back to Ontario May 2010 and surrendered green card

PLEASE DO NOT PRIVATE MESSAGE ME OR EMAIL ME. I HAVE NO IDEA ABOUT CURRENT US IMMIGRATION PROCEDURES!!!!!

last year we had bought a bunch of those gravy packets over for Thanksgiving but hubby's mom had bought this gravy in a big a$$ can and I was thinking to myself... "ewww, that is going to be gross" but it actually was quite good better then the packet gravy in fact....

hubby's dad doesn't quite remember where they bought it from though... so I guess it probably will be packets this year...

growing up we always had homemade gravy and of course that is the best by far
