W-2 or IRS transcripts

Hi guys,

Quick question on the I-864EZ app. My husband ordered 3 years of tax return transcripts from the IRS and was planning to send that along with the I-864EZ app. Does he also need to send in the last years W-2 or is the transcript enough?

This is all that is being sent:

• I-864 application forms
• job letter
• 6 months worth of pay stubs
• IRS tax transcripts for the past 3 years

are the W-2's required?

To my understanding your transcript will be enought. I don't know though I'm also in the same shape as you. I believe it won't hurt to send both the W-2 and the transcripts. Anyone else have any input to this topic?

The transcripts alone are all they need.

I also understand that only the IRS transcripts are required.. but we decided to include 3 years of W2 as well.. better to be safe than sorry!
