can you recommend civil surgeon in the Bay Area?

hi, i tried calling USCIS civil surgeons here in Fremont, CA and so far, 2 of them wanted me to have a full medical exam and another one would charge me $120 just for him to sign the I-693A form. i heard some surgeons do it for much less than that?

can you recommend any civil surgeon here in the Bay Area? thanks!

Same problem here in Indianapolis - just keep calling until you find an office that knows what you're talking about. We eventually found one that did - $50 and just walk in to get it done w/o an appointment.

it my not be convenient to you if your in Fremont. we went to this one. charged $35 to transcribe vaccinations to the I-693 vacinnation supplement.

Call this Dr in Texas. He does it for $10.

Thanks everyone! We were ready to drive to San Bruno to see that doctor recommended by Roy & Yazi but before we did i made a few last-minute calls and was able to talk to Dr. Hossein Abed-Amoli. His clinic is along Thornton Ave in Newark, just 5 miles away from our house in Fremont. We went there this afternoon. I told him i came here via fiancee visa and he immediately understood that i don't need a full physical exam, just the I-693A vaccination supplement. He charged me $40 for the Td shot and another $30 for signing the form. He was really nice!
