I had the one who filed our paperwork fax me anything she got that I didnt and here comes the approval for the I-130! If I had got that in feb from her I would have known to send the I-824 and it might have been at the embassy now! Im so furious!

Here is what I think and I may be wrong: I think you should stick with the K3. You already have an interview date and the process at NVC can take a few more months and then waiting on the embassy in Ghana a few more. So I say wait and adjust status when he gets here.

My lawyer actually called. She told me the reason that she sometimes doesnt send some paperwork is because immigration can be very confusing and some send off paperwork that doesnt need to be filed. She said me and my husband are good. We have our interview date and should be coming. I guess she just wants it simplified for her clients. Zee you are right Im just going to let the k3 do its work. I mean, we do have an interview date I will see my baby soon.
