Need NOT to be notarized.

2007-10-10 **CASE COMPLETED at NVC

2007-11-15 **INTERVIEW DATE. APPROVED at USEM!!!

If the form you are using says that it should be notarised, that is the old form and you need to download the new one from USCIS.gov.

24 Feb 2007 - Sent I-130 to London USCIS office (I'm the petitioner)

25 May 2007 - NOA2

2 June 2007 - Received Packet 3

12 Oct 2007 - Sent Packet 3 back by special delivery

5 Nov 2007 - Interview in London - Approved without any hitches!

7 Nov 2007 - Visa and MBE arrived by SMS! :)

30 Jan 2008 - Fly to Michigan!! :)

If the form you are using says that it should be notarized, that is the old form and you need to download the new one from USCIS.gov.

check the guides PDF and the AOS procedure PDF. It states it underlined. so I am thinking it is important. However, I read that the new applications doesn't include the area to establish notary public on. So I am just doing this JUST IN CASE. It doesn't hurt if you do it. So what I am doing is I had a Notary Public person signed his own copies of statement with all signatures necessary with his seal stamped on a separate sheet of paper. On the statement notes "attachment to I-864 Form" or Attach to I-864A Form".
