I am filling out my I-131. I am a K-1 visa holder and need to know exactly what I am applying for on the I-131. I am pretty certain that it is advanced parole, but not sure. I have no travel plans back to Canada at the moment, and in my case it says that if I am (in fact) applying for advanced parole to skip to Part 7, but then I don't know what to write there also. Can anyone please help me out? Do I just explain it is for travel purposes back to my home country when I would like to go, but have no plans at the present time?

Help please!

THANK YOU SO MUCH!

1. check for more than one trip

2 & 3. leave blank since you're in the US

Also, on a separate sheet of paper explain why you need AP. I think most people say something like, "my folks are old and blah blah blah."

Why not file for AOS and get the AP and EAD for free. AP can take as long as some AOSs!

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship

!! ALL PAU!
