Been a regular insomniac lately, but not usually THIS bad! Now I have to go to school today, so I decided about an hour ago I may as well just stay up!! I don't think I'll have much problem getting to sleep tonight!!! ARGHHHHHHHH!

exactly how I feel right now..I just wanna crawl in bed. In fact..hmmmm. I have the same teacher in the first two classes and I'm doing really well in those..the other class isn't til 2pm..hmmmmm.

hahah..I keep going back and forth..I know if I stay up I'll sleep tonight and maybe get back on a better schedule with hubby!!!! but if I don't....I dunno..don't even wanna drive like this! I'm soooo tired! M.

With me, insomnia runs in unpredictable cycles. The last 2 nights, I woke up at 1-2 AM after sleeping about 4 hours and couldn't go back to sleep. I get up and after more than an hour I finally go back to bed only to have to wake up at 530 AM for work. Bummer!

The worst was when I used to work the night shift (6 PM to 6 AM) while I did my 7 day hitch at my work offshore on the Gulf of Mexico. I would return home and try to get my brain back on days, but my world was upside down. I hated it and am happy to be back on dayshift all the time.

Sounds tempting though. For me it's scary driving when I've been up all night, my commute is 1 - 1.5 hours depending on traffic on the toll ways near Chicago.

I think I'm narcaleptic lately, I generally get to sleep early enough (cept for some nights due to the apartment next door) and should be getting enough, but I still could just sleep and sleep. Most times I can't even stay awake for the first 1/2 hour of a movie on TV if I try.

Oh I am there with you! I am doing good to get 3-4 hours of sleep recently. I think this whole process is getting to me and is affecting my sleep.

Those nights suck indeed. And then like 30 minutes before you HAVE to do something you suddenly feel so sleepy you think you can't be awake one more minute.

I feel you! I usually fall asleep about 30 minute before the alarm goes off which makes it worse than it would have been without sleep at all...

I dont have a problem falling a sleep normally. I cuddle with my little puppy and off to sleep we go..til he wakes my behind up- to take him outside to pay his Duties.
