Hi,

my fiance is still a full time college student, so her mother will sponsor the visa. What do i need to fill out? Do i need just the I134

filled out from my fiance's mother?

If, yes what supporting documents do i need? Which of them have to be notarized?

Best regards

David

Only the I-134 itself is notarized. You'll need one from the petitioner and her mother. Have them read the instructions carefully as to supporting documentation. If there are still questions, ask them specifically.

What are supporting documents from my fiance as a fulltime student. Just her enrollment verification. See has no job or other assets that i could fill in.

From her mom:

Letter of employee

Last 3 paystubs

bank statement

... what do i need to proof ownership of property/houses etc. ??

Your answers are not coming from the I-134 instructions or any guide. Have you read the instructions?

Student's don't have to prove they have no income. If there is not income to support and/or no tax return, then there isn't any supporting documentation.

It is critical that the people filling out the forms read the instructions. Please ask them to do so.
