There are more petitions pending at CSC than at VSC and CSC probably has more employees at this point but take a look (based on VJ timelines) at how each service center is producing results:

CSC Approved Petitions since September 1, 2007

I-130 (CR1)= 5

I-130 (K3) = 64

I-129F (K1)= 212

I-129F (K3)= 65

VSC Approved Petitions since September 1, 2007

I-130 (CR1)=2

I-130 (K3) =8

I-129F (K1)=57

I-129F (K3)=5

5 approved I-129Fs (K3) since September for our group is unacceptable. It is very disheartening. I'm also starting to regret getting married before filing. Hindsight is 20/20 or so they say.

Hi Divine Mercy!

I understand your frustration. Our petitions with NOA1 date of 05/25/07 are still pending at CSC. Part of the reasons CSC approval output is high is that they receive more applications; therefore, the number of approvals is higher. Continue to hang in there though. Best wishes to your family.

That it is :( In hindsight, I wish we had decided for Josh to come to the UK... he could have been here within 2 months tops. But the best future we can have as a couple would be in the US, so we're sticking it out.

Instead of the quick time it takes to immigrate to other countries, everyone going through this process is suffering by being away from their spouse for ridiculous amounts of time. One day this journey will be over and we can all look back and feel proud of what we overcame to be with the person we love. It is something we have to endure but the rewards are worth it :)

The staffing at CSC JUST SUCKS!!!!! These people at CSC need to be held for their actions! No person should be waiting as long as we have waited for CSC to send our approvals!!!:angry:

I find this statement ironic in that I'd be overjoyed to be at CSC instead of stuck where I am at right now. :(

I'm sure you are with your spouse right now.

By looking at your timeline you haven't waited as long as us! So, if you enjoy waiting forever CSC is the place to be..

Your I-129f was approved in 72 days from your filing date.

Your interview took 148 days from your I-129F filing date

I was fortunate when I went through this part of the process that I hit a time when TSC sped up. So yes, I wasn't separated from him as long as you. I was merely commenting on the fact that there are a certain segment of us VJ'ers who would love to be at CSC right now at the stage we are currently at in this process.

If the length of time certain segments of my visa journey took is going to be cast up to me every time I post, I'm going to leave VJ, because this inference that I cannot relate or empathize with other people's situations is making me cross.

I do not understand why you would want to be at this service center? CSC has prolonged many applications and requested information which shouldn't have been requested. I'm very frustrated with this entire process and you can see how long I have waited for our approvals. (Still waiting which is unexcuseable!) If I was with my husband, I would not be as verbable and I would be able to handle this situation better. But, being seperated from my husband and family for this amount of time; I hold CSC totally accountable! I'm very protective for my family.

I'm sorry if I offended you but, this entire process is extreme and most painful! No person should ever have to wait this long to be seperated from their family! With that said that goes for all USCIS service centers!!!

The separation, in my opinion, is the worst part of it all. It's not just CSC though. VSC is horrific. I think I'd be able to handle anything if he were here with me.
