If you want to keep your maiden name then you put your maiden name on all the forms.... if you want to use your husbands name then you would use that on all the forms where it asks for family name... you will need to put your maiden name in the space where it asks for other names used....

when i fill up my form's for adjustment of status which is proper i use for my lastname should i use my last name when i was single or my last name now that i am already married which the last name of my husband?

You can use either your married name or your maiden name but bear in mind that what ever name you fill in the forms, thats the name that will appear on your Greencard. Changing names on greencard will cost more than $300.
