How far away are you from the embassy, if not too far away, you may want to ask them if you could self collect the packet from the embassy...

IF you are talking about packet 3(after NOA2) and IF you are close to the embassy and willing to travel there, some embassies will letyou pick that packet up there, yes. If you ask them and they agree you could do that. M.

Why all the !!!!!!!!!!? ;) ;) We are tryin to help! :) :) :)

and PS..I do apologize..really sorry. I see you HAVE filled in your timeline. oops!!! :) I also agree you should have received packet 3 long ago looking at those figures. Maybe someone else can help you with how to contact them. M.

I don't know if any of this will help: perhaps not..it is from the Phillipines Embassy link at the top of this page...

From embassy website: The Immigrant Visa Information Call Center which can be reached at 1-909-101-7878 is available Monday to Friday, 8 am to 6 pm (Philippine Time). Callers in the USA can contact the Call Center at 1-888-877-9888. There is a fee assessed to callers by the call center for its services.

Also, you can call the embassy directly at +63-2-528-6300.

Consulate E-Mail: Consivmanila@state.gov

Good luck. M.

I email to my Embassy in Malaysia ask them if I can self collect my packet 3, there told me I may do so on any Monday or Friday between 2 - 3:30 pm.

You would need to check with your local embassy for that.

You can call the consulate and request that they forward a copy of your package to St Luke's. You can pick it up at St Luke's the next day or just fill out the forms from online and pick up the packet during your medical appointment. Bring a copy of your NOA2 with you to St Lukes and they will let you in.
