Question about I-134

Im trying to fill out this form and 1 of the questions it asks "I have real estate valued at"

Well i have my person residence and 3 rental properties. Do i include all 4? It asks for the address also but only gives 1 line for a single address.

Also im self employed and it asks for income tax retuens ( i have 3 years of tax transcripts on order) but also asks for "Report of commercial rating cocern" any ideas what that is exacly?

Actually i just re read the form it says "or" for the Report of commercial rating cocern so i guess its not needed =)

I went thru the same trip being self employed. Tax transcripts cover most everything even if you don't have 1099s.

Never figured out what "Report of commercial rating cocern." was.

You don't have to report assets as long as you make above the Minimum poverty guidelines.

I did but threw in my properties anyway just to show more stability.

More ammo the better.
