June and July filers - NVC to Interview

Okay, officially freaking out now...

I tracked our Fedex of P3 back to Montreal and I know it arrived there on the morning of the 14th of March.

I just called DOS and they said Montreal sent out a letter to us today stating that our NOA2 expires tomorrow and they will destroy our case if we do not respond. They are not showing that they received our P3. I emailed them AND our lawyer emailed them in regards to the NOA2 expiry but they never got back to us.

I hate Montreal. :help:

Thats weired, the VO should be able to exstend the petition as a matter of routine, they do with all petitions to china. Try calling the embassy.

Nov 2nd 2006 met online

June 28th 2007 sent 1-129f to NSC

July 11th 2007 NOA-1 received date on NOA-1 (now at CSC)

July 19th 2007 NAO 1 Reciept date on NOA-1

Nov 21st 2007 NOA-2

Dec 13th 2007 - arrives at NVC

Dec 20th 2007 - leaves NVC on route to GUZ

March 10th 2008- P3 sent & returned

April 9th 2008- P-4

May 22nd 2008 interview

NOA-2 to NVC - 22 days

NVC Processing - 7 days

NVC to GUZ - 81 days

P-3 to interview - 73 days

Interview to visa - 10 days

Montreal does not actually answer the phone!! :ranting:

I have our lawyer looking into it. I hope she can get it straightened out. She had also told us it is a matter of routine and should not be a problem to get the extension, but I'm just worrried & annoyed b/c I know it was delivered 2 weeks ago and they are saying they don't have it.

Well, it's been a long time, but it's all over now. Maria completed her interview on 4/23. I attended with her. No issues. Everything went smoothly. We're hanging out in Hong Kong now, waking up to watch the ships on the harbour. Wow!!! How absolutely beautiful. We head home on the 28th.
