Should I be worried about my timeline yet?

Looking at some of your timelines, I'm getting worried that I'm approaching the outside of normal bounds. Here is my timeline:

Marriage : 2007-06-25

I-130 Sent : 2007-07-16

I-130 NOA1 : 2007-07-27

I-129F Sent : 2007-09-19

I-129F NOA1 : 2007-09-21

Niether of the applications (I130 or I129F) have been touched yet. Should I be worried? Fortunately my company allows me to work remotely from Brazil so that I can be with my wife. I haven't seen her in 2 months, and I know you all understand how hard it is to be separated like that from your spouse. I'll be in Brazil again from Nov 25 - Jan 9 (REALLY looking forward to it!). I was hoping to hear something from USCIS or see my apps "touched" before I went down there. Nothing yet though.

2007-06-25 Married in Brazil

I-130

2007-07-16 Filed I-130 with Nebraska

2007-07-27 NOA1 received

2007-07-28 Touched; no idea why..

2008-01-29 thru 02-01,03 Touched

2008-02-05 Called RFE line, was told my app is on HOLD because I CALLED TOO MUCH!!!!

2008-02-13 my app was assigned to an adjudicator

2008-02-19,20,25,26 Touched

2008-03-04 Congressman called; USCIS called him and told him my cases were being processed any day now... SERÁ??

2008-03-04,05,10,11,12,13,14,17,18 Touched

2008-03-28 Received RFE, dated the 18th (delayed 10 days to receive)

2008-04-08 Sent requested evidence

2008-04-11,13,14 Touched

2008-04-21 RECEIVED NOA2 APPROVAL!!! (Date shows 4-14)

I-129

2007-09-19 Filed I-129F/K3; sent directly to CSC

2007-09-21 NOA1 received

2007-09-25 Touched: Filing fee waived

2008-01-30 thru 02-01,03,04,05,10,11,13,14 Touched

2008-04-14 Touched

touch does not mean anything alots of people dont get touch till they get approved, more so u re still within processing timeframe.

My timeline is earlier than yours (and others are even earlier than mine), so not to worry. Plus, I don't have any touches, either. Unfortunately, CSC takes a loooooooooooooooooong time. :angry:

Our timeline is a little ahead of yours, I got a sniff on the I-130 the other day but the I-129F (filed in mid-July) is languishing. We're a little ahead of yours but we aren't that worried yet. They are starting on the 129F's in the CSC filed about the time we filed the I-130, but the I-130 approval, as far as we can tell, is till 3-4 weeks away.

For K3s, they go by received date for I129F. Yours is September, so you should be far from worried. They are still working on June I129F NOA1s. You still have more waiting to do.

wrote hundreds of letters - received letter from FBI Records Management Chief stating no security checks
local office interview : 2/21/2008 - brought my parents too (result : you will get approval within 2-3 weeks)
5/2/2008 - (lawsuit) Writ of Mandamus - OFFICIAL DATE (7/29/2008)
