How can I contact CSC

I'm 4months into my I-130 and 2 months into my I-129F. I realize some of you have waited longer and are far more frustrated than I am, but hoping someone can tell me how I can get through to CSC. Is there a phone number I can call? I didn't send in ALL pages of my passport, only the ones with stamps on them, and want to call the service center to ask about sending in evidence before it's even asked for. But for the life of me I can't find a number for the CSC.

2007-06-25 Married in Brazil

I-130

2007-07-16 Filed I-130 with Nebraska

2007-07-27 NOA1 received

2007-07-28 Touched; no idea why..

2008-01-29 thru 02-01,03 Touched

2008-02-05 Called RFE line, was told my app is on HOLD because I CALLED TOO MUCH!!!!

2008-02-13 my app was assigned to an adjudicator

2008-02-19,20,25,26 Touched

2008-03-04 Congressman called; USCIS called him and told him my cases were being processed any day now... SERÁ??

2008-03-04,05,10,11,12,13,14,17,18 Touched

2008-03-28 Received RFE, dated the 18th (delayed 10 days to receive)

2008-04-08 Sent requested evidence

National Customer Service Center (NCSC) at 1-800-375-5283 (This is located in CSC) However USCIS has up to 6 months to process petitions so wont give you any info other than what is posted on line at their case status website.

The standard answer is wait 30 days beyond the 6 months and then call them.

OUR TIME LINE Please do a timeline it helps us all, thanks.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.

OK, I got the CSC once, directly, here's how it happened.

I made a call, to get a name change. Went through the menu, where it says "if you have a typo on a document" and hit the corresponding number. The phone usually goes to customer service, but it was late afternoon (430 pm central) and the person who picked up the phone answered "California Service Center". So I was a bit stunned....I'm like "your kidding" and she laughed. Anyway, she was actually very nice, opened our files, (while I was on the line I asked her to check and make sure everything was OK) and verified that the name change that I had requested like 45 days before (through normal customer service) was done. She also told me that they were working weekends on application processing, that they had brought in some contractors to do some of the clerical work, and YES they are backlogged with scores of applications.

I got through via the normal customer service center number.
