I know I'm dealing with a government but how the CSC can take two I-130 out of the same envelope and approve one before the other is ??? well highly illogical.

Received Estrella 2 NOA in the mail today buy our 8 year old daughter's I-130 is still showing last touched 11-11-07. I'm starting to get that sick feeling in my stomach that I am falling into a black hole.

Anybody had this experience :help:

I think our daughters look in this photo explains it all :wacko:

Visited Estrella 8 times before marriage.

5-28-07 Married San Andras Island Colombia

6-5-07 Mailed overnight I-130 for both of them.

6-7-07 I-130's received at TSC.

I-130 transfered to CSC.

6-19-07 Checks deposited

6-22-07 Received I-797-C Notice of Action from CSC for both Estrella and our daughter with notice date of 6-19-07.

Touched 11-11-07

Estrella 1-130 approved 11-13-07 still waiting on our daughter

11-16-07 Recived Estrella's 2 NOA in the mail but no info on daughter

Does the Govt ever make any sense?? NOPE , seems like they do everything all backwards in the way it should be done.

They are not organized in ANY WAY at all!!!

Spanglish....hang in there and insha allaah you will get your daughters NOA2 soon!!!

Still no word on our daughters 2 NOA. I know it sounds crazy but I wish my wife had not been approved. I was relaxed and just waiting now I worry every minute that something is wrong.

Has anyone had this experience?
