I'll answer what I can.

1. We just married last nov 14 do i need to wait for my marriage certificate before filing my SSN? how long the marriage certifcate will be delivered?

You do not need an SSN to apply for AOS, and you do not need a marriage certificate to apply for an SSN. In fact, the SSN application form does not ask you about your marital status.

However you do need the marriage certificate to apply for AOS.

3. In filing AOS forms and documents like insurance and other things that both our names is their is it really necessary?

You will only want to show documents with both your names on it such as insurance policies or bank account statements at the interview stage, not with the initial application for AOS.

4. How will I know or can find a civil surgeon in my area is their anybody knows? i tried here their is a link but its not working for me :crying:

https://egov.uscis.gov/crisgwi/go?action=of...office_type=CIV

If the link doesn't work for you, try again later.

Most of the forms in AOS they asked the alien number or SSN no is it ok that i leave blank for me coz i dont have any for now? and it is ok that i will pass my AOS application and dont have any SSN no?

It's highly unlikely (I would say impossible based on what I know but I don't know everything...) that you do not have an A number if you're at the point where you're filing for AOS. So you will need to locate that number. It's usually on the I-129F NOA2, and it may have been handwritten in your password on or next to the visa when you entered the US.

And like I said, you do not need an SSN to file for AOS, so just put NONE in the SSN field.

Usually you can get a state ID at the DMV? I got a driver's license almost right away so I'm not sure, but that's what I heard.

You should be able to get a State ID card from the Department of Motor Vehicles. Assuming you are in New York, you can find information on necessary documents here http://www.nydmv.state.ny.us/idlicense.htm

I did a quick read and it appears as though you will need to wait until you have your SSN before you apply for the State ID. This is because they word it (in Note 1) that if you're eligible for an SSN (which all K1s are) you need it to apply.
