HI All,

I has been arround on the bards for a while but I am going throught the whole AOS process for the first (and last) time. I have a couple of questions:

1.My Fiance and I have a PO Box address as the apartment we rent does not have a mail box, but it does have a street address. So which address should go on the AOS forms?

2. When is the appropreate time to make the appointments for the Bio metrics? is that something that you can do after you have sent the AOS pack off or must it be done before? (I am assumin that they will tell you when the appointment for the AOS interview is)

3. Also getting a SSN is that something that should be done before the AOS packet is sent?

Thanks for all your help in advance.

James

1. Use your Appartment address as where you live and list your PO Box as your mailing address...

2. You dont make the Biometrics appointment they will send you an appointment after you have filed for AOS....

3. You do not need a SSN to file for AOS but if you are a K1 visa holder then you should apply for your SSN at least 2 weeks before your Visa expires or you will not be given one until you have either your Greencard or a EAD....
