Name on NVC Letter error in spelling

Hi, we received our letter from NVC here yesterday..thats great..however, jenny's 'middle name' is off by one letter. An E instead of an A.

So who do we call immediately to get this corrected, anyone know? THANKS :help:

This was their error, all of our papers are correct.

5-24-2010 - Sent I-751 to Vermont Service Center via USPS (receipt/signature required)

5-25-2010 - Delivered to Vermont Service Center & Signed For

6-1-2010 - I-751 Receipt Notice Received in Mail (dated 5/26/10)

*time Passed

7-30-2010 - Biometrics date: August 13, 2010

8-13-2010 - Biometrics Finished

*time passed

8-30-2010 - email received 'card production ordered'

8-31-2010 - touch (updated on uscis as approved)

9-4-2010 - Received 10yr Green Card ** Now we relax **

This was their error, all of our papers are correct.

They missed one letter in my surname. My fiance e-mailed NVC and got a reply to contact the USEM because the case is no longer with them. It also stated to send a passport copy with my name in it. We just don't know if they meant e-mail or standard mail. You can call the US Embassy Call Center 1-888-877-9888, Monday-Friday 8 am-6 pm Manila time. I hope this helps :)

THANKS......we will do this very soon then. The woman I spoke with at NVC however said that it would be changed in Manila at the Embassy when the passport is presented. We want to make sure.....so I will follow your instructions. Thanks Again ~ david
