I am filling out the G-325A bio form and have a question about the Applicant's residence last five years. My legal permanent residence the last five years has been my parents address, as I was attending college and grad school. However, in that time I lived in 4 different college apartments and 2 summer beach apartments. Do all of these addresses need listed? Or only the permanent residence?

I listed all of my university residences in mine, just in case, and my application was approved earlier this month.

not sure on this one. i would say put your actual address where you lived, yes it will be lengthy and will probably require an additional sheet. but if you just put your parents address, would they not think that you are being evasive if they checked on such?

Thanks, I was thinking the same, to list all of these addresses. My plan is to list the permanent residences on the first page with a timeline spanning the entire 5 year period. Then, on the supplemental page listing where I was actually physically located for the 5 year period, with a note explaining the permanent vs. temporary addresses. Does that sound reasonable?
