I can not believe this after all this waiting, now our petition has been sent to Montreal instead of Vancouver!

NVC changed my mailing address but they DIDN'T change the Consulate jurisdiction! They were suppose to send a cable to MTL to notify them to have our petition transferred to Vancouver but i can't get an answer from NVC as to whether or not they have done it!

The NVC electronically sent the petition, Does anyone know how that iis done and how long it takes ?

We are losing valuable time all because they forgot to do the job they were suppose to do!

Got E-mail from the doctors office in Vancouver saying that they can do my medical on the 19th of Dec IF I can get the packet 3, now with this hold up I'm not sure if we are gonna be able to do it! I e-mailed Vancouver and told them of the situation and asked if possibly they could go ahead and send out my packet 3 anyway, but have not heard anything as of yet hopefully tomorrow! Does anyone know if they would maybe do that? given that the mistake was on the part of NVC and not ours! Or are we gonna have to suffer for this mistake and not be able to do anything till January!!

Any suggestions and info on this would be GREATLY APPRECIATED!!!!!

Email the Montreal consulate, let them know of the situation. They will then get in contact with Vancouver, who will tell them that they are agreeing to take your case. Then Montreal will transfer it.

I e-mailed both the Consulates but I've only heard back from Vancouver, they said to e-mail MTL which i did but I have not yet heard from them, I wonder how prompt they are (MTL) at returning e-mails? I'd call them but I'm sure that would be pointless!!

I'm still holding on to the hope that Vancouver will go ahead and send me out the packet 3 anyway just to save some time, hopefully I will hear something tomorrow!

Thank you so much for your reply!!! It's greatly appreciated!!!!

Any ideas as to how the NVC electronically transferr the cases? And how long that takes?
