I filed on september still no noa for the 1-130 , then after reading this site , filed the 1-129f with eveidence of filing the 1-130 and still no noa for that either.

its been 50 days and nothing, its driving me crazy!!!

When did you send your I-129F? Usually you should get your NOA1 for I-129F in about 10 days.

This is USCISs last comment on inputting and sending NOA1s. If yours was a September petition and went to CSC, they are still processing end of August petitions. Long gone are the 10 days NOA1s :-

Hi Luca, sorry that you still have not got your NOA1 for your I-129F (k-3). I also read from this site that there are people from VJ who got their NOA1 for I-129F (k-3) from CSC or VSC in 10 days. You can check it out. It's under something like "Sending I-129F to USCIS without NOA1 for I-130". Good luck.

sent our application to texas august 30th recieved - then hopefully sent to California but as of today nothing money order not cashed, nothing...sigh ...wait till first of December then back on track with lawyer and USCIS -
