Hello everyone, Quick question: we sent form I-864 and my wife's co-sponsors I-864 with my her AOS packet. Do we need to take additional ones to the interview? I did not make a copy of her co-sponsors. He is visiting this week and if its required, I might as well ask him to fill out another when I see him so he doesnt have to send it later. We don't have an interview date but I'd rather have it ahead of time if its needed.

Thanks for taking the time to read!

It wouldn't hurt but it is not necessary. I had a change on my income and I had a new I-864 at the interview, I asked the officer if she wanted and she said: "NO!"

Thanks for your help! I notice some people do take them along but it doesnt make a whole lot of sense since we already submitted it. I guess it may only be needed with changes in income.

Well ... thing is that sometimes the interviewer still asks for the forms, even if they were already submitted. I believe the interview letter states that you should take copies of everything submitted.

I think the interview letter only states that you need to bring copies of stuff unless already submitted.

You won't need an updated I-864, unless you had a significant change in income and want to show it to the officer. But it never hurts to bring a copy with you anyways - it's always better to overdo when it comes to dealing with USCIS.
