2007-10-10 **CASE COMPLETED at NVC

2007-11-15 **INTERVIEW DATE. APPROVED at USEM!!!

First and foremost, I would like to thank each and every member here on VJ that helped me so much with the whole immigration process. :yes: I appreciate all the wisdom, understanding and patience. The daily contributors from the IR1/ CR1, NVC and Philippines forums… you are truly the best and amazing folks I have met. :thumbs: There are so many of you that helped me and it will take me days to have everyone you noted on here. My husband interview is finally over, and he was successfully granted his IR1 visa today November 15th at USEM (Philippines).

I am jealous of yoru hubby....... the reason is he has got a perfect life partner .. your like a diamond to all of us.... you have helped us all to complete our journey with as much knowledge and solitutde. thanks for bestowing your intelligence... Go baby ... Its party time for you and your be loved...... have a nice honey moon again... and come back soon. we are waiting ... because lots of stuff till yet remains... POE..... SSN card... Feb 1,2007 - I-130 Reached USCIS.

Feb 4,2007 - I-130 accepted > Get USCIS case Number NOA1.

May 8 ,2007- GET NVC Case Number > NOA2.

June 16 ,2007- Get Order from NVC to pay 70$.

July 2 ,2007- Get DS-3032 in India.

July 7,2007 - DS-3032 choice of address agent entered in NVC.

July 14 ,2007- Get I-864.

July 18 ,2007- I-864 Enters NVC.

July 29 ,2007- Get Order to Pay 380$ fee.

Aug 3 ,2007- 380$ Fee Reached St Louis.

Aug 25,2007 - NVC & St Louis People receive photocopy of my payment with USPS receipt.

After WAITING for 37 days.

Sept 10,2007 - 380$ fee encashed.

Sept 24,2007 - Receive DS-230 in Mail.

Sept 25,2007 - DS-230 despatched.

Sept 26,2007- DS-230 Delivered.

Oct 1,2007 - NVC has DS-230.

Oct 12, 2007 - DS-230 Reviewed. Case Complete

Oct 16, 2007 - Case at Embassy.

Oct 25, 2007- Interview Letter Despatched from Embassy.

Nov 3, 2007 - Recieved Interview Letter.

Dec 1, 2007 - Medical Exam .

I GOT IT

Jan 16 - I am in USA

April 15 2008 - Get my Drivers License.

I-751 Lifting Conditions at California Service Center

November 12, 2009 - I-751 Sent via USPS Express Mail

November 13, 2009 - Receipt of I-1751 Fee

November 20, 2009 - Arrested on Domestic Battery(Had argument with wife)

December 18, 2009 - Biometrics Completed at 9 am.

January 13, 2010 - Receive I-797E Notice for more evidence

February 16, 2010 - Mail reaches Californa Service Center( Next day of Preseidents Day)

February 19, 2010 - Card Production Ordered. Status now IR1

Aug 3 Called NVC - informed that received file and NVC File number generated on July 24(i'm soo happy!!!) but no letter?

Aug 6 DS3032 form & AOS fee bill generated

Aug 13 sent Choice of Agent form by Email

Aug 18 Hubby receives AOS fee bill

Aug 22 Hubby mails AOS fee bill

Aug 24 Receive email from NVC confirming choice of agent

Aug 27 IV immigrant Visa fee bill generated - expect to receive in a few weeks.

Oct 31 Case completed! (Thank you Lord!)waiting to hear something in 8 weeks..

Embassy

Nov 29 Received letter from Embassy re interview date

Dec 08 Medical

Dec 13 Interview - stayed up until 1pm the night before to ensure docs were in order. GREAT Embassy! :)

Dec 21 Picked up passport & visa

I129f

March 5 Submitted to MSC

April 5 Transferred to Vermont

April 9 Touch

April 23 Email about transfer to VT

April 26 Touched (hmm about same time as I130)

July 20 20.07.2007 We got our NOA2 for the I 129F!

Embassy

July 31 Received letter from Embassy confirming receipt of file & File number

Thanks be to God! Just wanted to share some things that helped me through no touches for close to 4 months :)

03/10/2008 : Case Completed!

03/20/2008 : Interview Scheduled & Interview letter mailed

03/25/2008 : Beneficiary received interview letter

03/25/2008 : Case forwarded to consulate. NVC message updated on 3/28/08.

Consulate

05/22/2008 : Interview

05/22/2008 : Visa granted and passport collected same day.

05/26/2008 : POE (Newark, NJ).
