I really don't even get how they can even charge this man.

He was in the privacy of his own room, even though it was a hostel or whatever. It's not like he was out on the street with his pants down humping away.

(Oct 09, 2007: called USCIS: service request sent to TSC)

Jan 31, 2008: case transferred to VSC (last touch date changed from 04/07/07 to 02/01/08)
