Schedualing for this month is DONE ??

Well, it seems like this agony is going to take more time and strength out of me. Finally, I talked to someone at DOS who told me that scheduling for this month is done. I wanted to scream. That means we won't get a date until 2nd week of December. This will be a tough one, I tell you. Considering when a day seems like a damn month.

Did you call NVC? I don't think scheduling is done yet! Sometimes you get different answers from different people. I would suggest calling NVC.

I called both places. NVC said, "we have sent your file to the appropriate consular and you need to call DOS at washington to find out more". So I did and you know what they have said.

But I truely hope you are right. So there will be some hope with the stress

This is really ridiculous. I just called too and was told that there very less chance for my case to make it on Dec. Hopes for a Dec interview started fading away!

its WAS a shock to me too when in the month of Oct end , I was alotted Jan 2008 nterview date. My embassy is worlds busiest these days... so it was expected. my life partner shouted at me. Couldnt help it. We took it in our stride and accepted. because NVC is God for us.

Even though we just got the "case complete" notice from NVC, I thought I'd be cheeky and start pestering the NVC when my husband's interview would be. The (nice) operator told me that they're still scheduling interviews, so check back early next week. So if your embassy is an appointment post, please know the NVC is still scheduling.

I was told by the NVC that interviews are done for this month. Next ones are gonna be the second week of December. You don't know who to believe anymore B)

I called yesterday night as well and was told the opposite. It seems the NVC operators are just speculating and have very little information about the process. I would suggest you keep calling

I believe you, but I hope they gave you an incorrect answer. Otherwise many of us are scr....d for an additional month.
