Qatar Police Certificate is only good to 03/31/2008 & interview will be later

Will Qatar Police Certificate be acceptable with Manila if Deadline is exceeded? Police Certif. is good until March 31, but our interview will be later probably.

My fiance received her Qatar Police Certificate recently after waiting almost 4 months. It has a deadline on it March 31, 2008. Why? There is nothing she can do now to change her record in the past. Either she has a good record or bad record. If she is cleared, then why the deadline for it? My question is: Will the Manila Embassy accept the Qatar Police Certificate if her interview is after March 31, 2008? We are October filers, and I am thinking that she may need another certificate if the interview is after March 31, 2008. Anyone have a similar problem? Sincerely, Bryan and Diocel.

hello there! congratulations for getting a police clearance from qatar! i have been searching this forum, upside down just to see people from Philippines who requested a Police clearance from qatar... will it be ok if i ask a few questions.. i have requested a police clearance from qatar thru DHL and they have sent my request since they process only those who have stayed there for a year or more.. i only stayed there for 8 months.. how long was ur wife/hubby there in qatar? did he/she received a residence permit card?

Dear Grace, this is Bryan. Diocel would know if she had resident card. I will ask her to send you some info. Her email is diocel_domotdot@yahoo.com. It took about 4 months to get the Police Certificate. She was there in Qatar for almost 8 months. She is sending another request for another Police Certificate through the Qatar Embassy in Manila. She has more details than I. I did talk to them in Manila and it takes a little longer to get the Certificate than going through Qatar directly they said. We are concerned that they put a date 3/31/2008 as a deadline for using that Certificate. They took soo long to process her claim, we started working with the Qatar Embassy in Manila before we received the current Certificate. In fact, at this time Diocel went to Valenica to send her letter to the Qatar Embassy in Manila. She is sending it express mail. Stay in touch, we still have questions too. hello there... i never expected that i will be receiving a Police Clearance from qatar, but i just received one today... and its only valid for 6 months.. on february.. now we have the same problem... did u request for another one? or should we just present the one they have sent?

anybody here in visa journey who have presented an expired Police Clearance from Abroad????? anyway it wont affect the results that will be showing if we request a new one.. and the request is process for 3 months from the day of mailing the request...

should we or should we not request for another one???? what do u guys think???

Hellow to all the member, I'm an October filers, I'm still waiting for my NOA2 until now, and I dont know when. Is there any one whose are same with me? maybe we can meet in Manila during our interview and we just have to stay together in one hotel then we can save money, and to have a lot friends when we get there. I hope Vermount service center, employee will do the best as they can.

in my experience, the pinoy prescreener didnt asked for a new copy of police clearance during the interview. in fact, she returned to me the police clearances which we previously sent. same with the consul. i think the police clearances that you sent at NVC is good enough. it will be forwarded to USEM together with all the other documents that u sent at USCIS & NVC.
