What are you talking about ?

AOS (family) are mailed to Chicago and from Chicago they are sent to the local office for final processing - or sometimes they are transferred to CSC which normally means no interview.

It is a random process, most likely they transfer due to local office being backed up.

Why are you hising what visa you are adjusting from ? Noone here works for the USCIS and it doesnt really matter but it helps us determine better if you are going to get transferred to CSC.

But it doesn't really matter, the answer stays the same....
