Hi Everyone,

I think we have it figured out but I was wondering what others peoples thoughts were. A few months back I had posted a thread about my fiance seeing that his J1 visa application did mark that he would be subject to the HRR, but his actual visa (that thank god we had a copy of because that passport was lost that had the visa) said at the bottom that "Bearer is not subject to requirmenent 212(e)" meaning he is not subject to this. My attorney said to take a copy of that. I assume since the consulate printed that visa, that is the one that stands firm versus the DS, something something form. Anyone else encounter this?
